Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of young learners? Aspire People is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our schools across Lincolnshire, where you will support students with a variety of learning difficulties within the mainstream classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for students. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to implement tailored learning strategies and ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive.
