1:1 Learning Support Assistant – The Role
We are seeking a caring and adaptable 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work closely with a pupil who requires additional support to access the curriculum. You will work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO, providing tailored interventions and strategies to meet the pupil’s educational, social and emotional needs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to use initiative are vital for success in this role.
