We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with WTS Coach Hire. The driver arrived at 2:30 PM—four hours later than the scheduled time of 10:30 AM. From the moment he arrived, he was shouting at us and acting aggressively. At one point, he turned off the engine and told us to get out of the vehicle, then suddenly restarted it, claimed he was taking us to his hometown, and began driving recklessly at high speed. To make matters worse, the condition of the coach was appalling. The entire vehicle was rusty, dirty, and leaking during the rain. It was completely unfit for passenger travel. Despite repeatedly trying to contact the WTS agency during the ordeal, they ignored our calls and left us stranded with this driver. This was by far the worst travel experience we have ever had.
