Our group had a great experience with Fast Buses on a recent in UK, trip from London to Manchester. The driver was friendly and professional throughout.
We also booked a guide, Jaime, who was excellent — engaging, informative, and made the journey feel like part of the day’s adventure rather than just a ride home.
Everything ran smoothly, and communication before and during the trip was clear and helpful. Highly recommend Fast Buses for any group travel — reliable and easy to work with!

I recently used Fast Buses Services and had an excellent experience. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the ride was comfortable, and the driver was on time. The staff was helpful throughout the journey.

On Friday May 16th, some colleagues and clients took part in a cycle from London to Brighton to raise funds for charity. I booked a coach from Fast Buses in December 2024 for 45 people to be transported back to London from Brighton. In the week leading up to the event, I confirmed the collection time of 17.30. At 18.00, there was still no sign of the coach. I eventually managed to get hold of 'Sarah' at 18.15 who sent me a screenshot from the driver saying he was 15 minutes away. Ok 18.30 collection, an hour overdue, not too bad right?
The coach arrived at 20.30 (!!!!!) by which time almost everyone had got taxis back to London, as expected, after cycling 65 miles, they were tired and needed to get back to their cars in London, and then head to wherever 'home' was. 4 people took the coach, which also stopped (for whatever reason) twice en route to London.
After initial contact with 'Sarah', claiming to be away from the office for a couple of days and ensuring one of her managers would make contact......still waiting and now not getting any response whatsoever. Absolutely shocking experience and please avoid this company as you certainly will not be getting a fast bus, let alone any bus at all!
