We’re looking for a skilled Fish Fryer and Pizza/Pasta Chef to lead our busy, established fish & chip shop in Glasgow. This isn’t just a job – it’s a rare chance to prove yourself and take over the business after 6 months.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience frying in a professional fish & chip shop
• Confidence running the frying range to a consistently high standard
• Experience in preparing and cooking fresh pizzas and pasta dishes – as we plan to grow this side of the business
• Ability to manage stock, hygiene, and daily operations
• Strong leadership, reliability, and customer service focus
