ONE GOT MINOR SCREEN CRACK AT THE TOP OF SCREEN & THE OTHER GOT HOUSING BENT FROM THE BOTTOM. BOTH IPADS WORK ABSOLUTELY FINE AND ISSUES DONT AFFECT USE IN ANYWAY. THESE STILL UPDATE TO THE LATEST IOS SOFTWARE SO NETFLIX YOUTUBE GAMES ETC WILL WORK FINE. BOTH HAVE GOOD BATTERIES TO.
