Description
Yamaha TX7 FM Expander, cosmetically in very good condition. No box, no manual.
Switches on fine (see pictures), has not been in use for some time , current state is untested.
Please keep in mind this is vintage studio equipment which is taken into account re its asking price. Reasonable offers are also considered.
It was kept in a clean, dry and smoke free environment.
The TX7 is a non-rack-mountable desktop module form of Yamaha's DX7 FM synthesizer. Editing can't be done from the front panel, but must be accomplished externally via MIDI using either a DX7 keyboard, the PR-7 programmer or a computer. Software such as Unisyn can be used to edit the parameters of the TX7. There are 32 patches for storing any sounds as on the DX7. It is possible to collect patches from the internet to expand your library of sounds.
