Description
Roland D-110 Multi Timbral Sound Module
Legendary Roland D-110. Made in Japan, early 1990s.
This is one of those industry standard bits of kit that everyone had to have when they came out and which loads of people still use to this day. The sounds are great and the acoustic piano sounds are especially good. (A professional key board player I worked with bought two of these units, just to use the piano sounds). Loads of nice stuff about it on the web and a unit which has been on more records and stages than you can shake a stick at.
Decent case condition for a unit 35 years old, a couple of small dents as per the images. A little rack rash on the lugs. All knobs and switches present and correct. All ports working fine. Screen is not hyper bright now but still perfectly readable. Operation still feels nice and tight.
Comes with a load of software, downloaded copy of the manual and various banks and patches acquired over the years. Includes a copy of the original factory sounds for you to load on. I've left the current sounds on there for you to use/copy/ignore/overwrite as you wish.
That's it. A nice, high-quality vintage synth unit with loads of great sounds and a genuine place in music history
Could be collected from near JCT 27 M5 in Devon. I might be able to deliver or meet up if mutually practical as I often travel around the country. Alternatively, contact me to discuss postage and happy to ship worldwide.
