TE Projects Ltd brings years of experience working as a Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor working on projects ranging from Grade 1 and 11 listed building refurbishments, hospital refurbishments, multi-million pound contracts and high rise fire compartmentation works.

TE Projects Ltd can assist domestic clients purchasing a new property, both in terms of Building Surveying and also Quantity Surveying. We do not believe in the Level 1, 2 or 3 Level surveys, and instead focus on the highest level survey, so that the client has full clarity on the state of the property that they are purchasing, as well as any cost implications. With years of practical on-site experience working in Quantity Surveying, TE Projects is ideally placed to give domestic clients the cost advice they need.

In addition to the above TE Projects Ltd can carry out Fire Compartmentation Surveys as well as a variety of other Building Surveys. With a background in contracting TE is also able to undertake refurbishment works for commercial clients; ensuring that all H&S and CDM 2015 Regs are abided by.
