Description
We have operated for over 25 years and offer a high level of customer care to both our landlords and tenants as well as offering extremely low letting and management commission rates to Landlords.
We are also available day and night for emergencies or general enquiries via WhatsApp to both landlords and tenants as well as the normal email and call channels.
We also include inventory reports and referencing reports for free in our management fees. On top of this, should a tenant use a tenancy agreement break clause, we also refund the commission on a pro rata basis which is extremely rare.
We cover all of London and Manage properties in Battersea, Gloucester Road, Canary Wharf, Aldgate, and Woolwich. We mainly specialise in East London.
