I would like to thank Phillip on resolving a boundary dispute at a residential property. We had a dispute regarding the boundary from the front driveway all the way back into the rear gardens. I would recommend Phillip 100% his attention to detail and efficiency was extremely impressive. He came on the day we had agreed (which was short notice on our behalf), we had a brief chat about the issue and he was at the property for over 4 hours measuring. The report was supplied a week later which was extremely impressive. I then produced it to my neighbours which they accepted. I also required an amendment to the report at short notice and he didn’t disappoint, within 24 hours the amendment was back in and my inbox. What impressed me the most about Phillip was his expertise and advice on legal matters if we needed to go down that route, but we didn’t need to as Phillip’s work was sufficient. He even had to talk to my neighbour about the matter but he was extremely professional and didn’t express his opinion. His communication skills before, during and after the report was produced was outstanding. I would certainly recommend Phillip and his company, top top bloke.

Philip was very helpful indeed in providing advice by phone that enabled me quickly to resolve what had seemed a potentially awkward issue regarding the location of the boundary between two small front gardens. I am very grateful for his assistance.
