We initially rented our property out with no management and it was very stressful. Lots of excuses from tenants for late payments, calls for help to use appliances without referring to user guides first. The paperwork, viewings , contracts , repairs. Wishing we’d just sold the apartment instead. Emily was highly recommended to us by a plumber we had round (after a good rant), she has now been looking after our apartment for years and we have never needed to look anywhere else. I know Emily is in constant touch with the tenant and pops round herself to even support them but the best part of that is I don’t know that it’s happened because, well let’s face it, I don’t need to, Emily always keeps us up to date with what’s important and I can honestly say I’ve never felt anxious about my property. Emily’s expertise has been so valuable too, she is always aware of the current market and has helped us to increase rent professionally over the years.
