Description
Rare Quiverack side opening roof box. Not only useful for windsurfing equipment, but also as a general purpose roofbox. I’ve used it many times just as a normal roof box, not just for keeping wet and windsurfing gear out of cars.
The side opening makes loading and acess and very easy. It’s a high quality roof box constructed in reinforced glass fibre (not flimsy formed plastic like most other roof boxes).
The box has internal dimensions of 27.5cm high x 58cm wide x 2620 long. It has 2 full length sliding fixing tracks underneath designed to be able to position the 4 fixings to roof bars anywhere along the length of the box. Can be made to fit on any car or van with either roof rack or roof bars across the roof.
It has integral board carry bars and strap positions on top of the box. It has 2 locks on the side opening door and recent new gas struts to hold the door open. It’s fully waterproof and I’ve never has any water enter it even in the wettest driving conditions. It’s in excellent condition with just a few marks from use.
