MISTRAL EQUIPE 235L RACE WINDSURFING BOARD IMMACULATE.

Description

This is a Mistral Equipe racing long board in remarkable condition . Quite a survivor.
You will see that there is a small epoxy repair to a very small impact wound on the deck near the nose. Apart from this the board is in exceptional condition with few other small marks.
Its very clear that the board has had very little use . In the time I owned it , I kept the condition same by never riding it up the beach etc . Always cleaned the soles of my feet and lifted the board from water and straight onto tufty grass !! Thorough , but worth it : )
Underside is the best and the slot flusher is perfect and supple.
The seams all round are close to perfect . Board was always strapped for transport deck up with the straps following the easy curves of the deck rather than the assumed way with straps stressing the sharper edges of the rail ( NB )
There are a couple of fins ( Power Box ) , a dagger board and the mast foot/ extension .
Local sale preferred , collection only and viewing is essential. Cash on collection .
Model was commonly referred to by sailors in the day as The Equipe 1.5 because Mistral made an early 1980's 'heavy' Equipe then they made this and then the larger volume (250 Litre ) II .

Please note that the white mark near the dagger recess on the 9th picture does not exist --it is a reflection of light --the board pretty much unmarked.
