Simon was quick to respond and super friendly. Once he arrived at our property he immediately knew what he needed to do to help us fix the issues (we had two people previously who where left puzzled by some of the problems so it was extremely refreshing to have Simon be able to identify everything quickly and efficiently) I would definitely recommend Simon and use him again if the circumstances ever arise. 10/10 Simon is amazing!!!
