No qualifications required. Personality a must! Fun exercise sessions with over 50s. Be prepared for lots of laughs and banter! All sessions take place in east London and spread throughout the week. Currently it’s Wednesday evenings, and Sunday mornings. So if you want to have a go get in touch! We can train you on our adapted rules.
