Learn the FUNdamentals, through basic progressions
of BIO-MECHANICALLY - BALANCED tennis strokes.
This will lay the foundation, for your continuing
enjoyment of this beautiful and FUN game.
The proper stroke mechanics will help prevent injuries.
Tennis elbow can be avoided by developing clean,
long, smooth strokes with good timing at impact.
