Description
Twist & shape machine. Excellent for overall exercise, abdominal and core muscles, allowing you to tone a variety of muscles at once.
Stand on the rotating foot board which also has additional twisting area for balls of feet.
You twist your body one way and your upper body the other way, really good all over workout.
There is also an electronic counter, timer, cal. burner indicator etc.
Good condition, unable to now use due to new knee!
Handle raises and lowers depending on height and for storage.
