JVC Boom Box/Ghetto Blaster CD/Audio In/Guitar Input. Underneath the stickers and a bit of grime and dust (which could all be easily be removed) this thing works great, as mentioned VERY LOUD with great bass. Aerial has snapped off but radio reception is still fine. Search online for JVC RV-NB10B for specs.
