Vintage/Retro leatherette Parker Knoll style Statesman child’s Swivel Chair/Vono swivel egg chair (1960’s/70’s)

A lovely retro/vintage child's chair. Finished in black leatherette with chrome star swivel base. Purchased circa late 60’s or early 70’s and in excellent condition.

This super cute child’s chair is really comfortable and just so cool! Alternatively you could have it as a unique accent piece of furniture as it’s a trendy piece art in the form of furniture! It would really suit someone that loves design from the late 60’s to early 70’s and would be the perfect chair for a child to relax and read a book.

For a child up to 11 years approx. depending on size.

Condition:
In excellent condition, with original features as its been well looked after.

Brand & Model:
Unsure if it’s an authentic Parker Knoll "Statesman" style child’s chair as it doesn’t appear to have any Parker Knoll tags from what I can see but these could have fallen off over time. I’ve looked into this and it seems that a child’s version of this iconic chair was manufactured. I have also been told it could be a classic Vono swivel child’s egg chair.

Style:
A classic Parker Knoll “Statesman” style chair design with 2 generously padded and removeable cushions (with zip) and all original buttons, front and back. It’s a vintage black leatherette and chrome swivel base child’s chair. High winged-back swivel chair, with foam upholstery and slightly pinched pleat for extra detail.

Colour & Material:
The body is in black faux leather with 4 chrome swivel star base.

Width & Height:
Arm to arm = 55cm (seat cushion W = 29cm & D = 35cm)

Collection in person from either Huntingdon or Cambridge only. May consider delivering if you live in either town and are definitely interested in buying. Will only accept cash.
