Notes: we do have a couple of cats so will be worn in spots (see pics), and may be hair of which we'll attempt to clean.
We've had 2 cats so the fabric on the arms have suffered some wear over the years. We will clean items as much as possible. Similarly there are a few marks again from use over the years. Still perfectly functional with no severe damage.
