Personally would say good condition but with few minor / mostly tiny/unnoticeable marks and not wanting to over sell. Has been well kept & with light use bar marks actually.
Reduced price & have cusion covers throw to match discounts on bundle items and fast collection/ sell.
Is a super glue marker on recline with some wear
[in pictures] is actually less visible in Person.
Is just seam line on sofa back so can fix with 5
minute stitch .
No chair.
Also have a colour match desk / dressing chair.
