A) No, Grade A and B sofas will look more or less the same but Grade B may have slight signs of wear, nothing noticeable unless carefully looked for.

A) No worries, when the sofa arrives, feel free to open the wrapping while the driver is there, and if for any reason you're unhappy with its condition, we'll offer you a full refund, including your delivery costs.
