Description
Mid Century Vintage Pieff 'Alpha' Lounge Suite
The very iconic Pieff 'Alpha' lounge suite comprising of a three seater sofa and two armchairs designed by Tim Bates. An excellent and recognised piece of British design history.
The set is upholstered in black leather with no rips or tears, and has a very solid tubular metal frame. The chrome is in good condition and free from and rust, so are the supports.
Retailed by Harrods and Heals, their products personify British mid-century design. Quite possibly the most comfortable suite I have ever sat in!
The black leather upholstery has been cleaned and the chrome plated tubular metal frame has been gently cleaned. We've retained the famous Pirelli webbing system support on these fabulous chairs. The suite has had a previous life so there will be minor signs of general use and was but nothing significant to mention. Please review the photos - happy to answer any questions.
