✨ About the Chair ✨
• Habitat Callie Wingback Armchair in light pink fabric
• Comes with a beige patterned fitted cover (machine washable, ~£20 from Amazon)
• Still sells for £240 brand new

✨ Condition ✨
Structurally sound and comfy, but with a few cosmetic flaws (great upcycling potential!):
• Freshly deep-cleaned with Rug Doctor - some marks (just from daily use) remain due to light-coloured fabric
• Wooden feet have small chew marks from puppy days – easy to sand & refinish
• A couple of small stitch repairs on the arm where dogs used it as a ‘window perch’
• Additional “puppy masterpieces” underneath the seat cushion & under the chair (not visible in daily use)
• Zips on the seat cushion cover & back of the chair for easy access and clean
• Very comfy chair - was the chosen seat for all our guests!
• From a non-smoking home
