Very good condition, 2 small cat scratches one on bottom of arm and one on corner of left side (see last 2 pics), barely noticeable, otherwise great overall.
Extremely comfortable and spacious
The sofa is 3.13m wide, 1.07m tall with a chaise of 1.65m long.
