This is a very good quality suite from a smoke and pet free home and in overall excellent condition, however one chair has some cosmetic defects (I think repairable) as folllows:
Slight sun fade on the back/top as pictured and has a mark on cushion both sides (vastly improved with stain treatment but probably will need the cushion recovering/further treatment if you want a perfect armchair). I'm happy to sell the other chair and sofa for a little less and keep this as its great quality and an easy fix.
