I can’t guarantee the measurements are exact but they are to within a couple of centimetres.
The suite is in excellent condition. Very comfortable and loads of room to stretch out and relax.
All in excellent condition apart from the hardly noticeable mark on one seat cushion as per photograph.
Selling as I am downsizing, very sad I can’t take it with me.
Would cost in the region of £12,000 to buy new.
Buyer would have to arrange uplift or obtain a courier
