This is a very good quality suite (three seater sofa and two armchairs all with castors) from a smoke and pet free home and in overall excellent condition, however one chair has some cosmetic defects as folllows:
Slight sun fade on the back/top as pictured and has a mark on cushion both sides (vastly improved with stain treatment but probably will need the cushion recovering/further treatment if you want a perfect armchair). Doesnt affect use and easily hidden, or you can message me if you prefer to buy only one armchair with the sofa at a lower price. Sofa is 6ft at its widest points, chairs 3 ft. best suited to a larger room.
