Metal frame futon or if you prefer, a sofa / bed. Folds out with ease into a double size bed. Mattress is of a good quality. As the pictures show, there are a few marks on it but you cover it with a mattress cover or throw. This has been stored in dry storage and is for sale due to an upcoming house move.
