Futon Company solid wood futon with mattress

This is a solid wood (very heavy) futon from the Futon Company in Norwich
Futon Company mattress, which is also heavy, and very firm for sleeping; I use a mattress topper and it is fine. It has been my only spare bed for a few years now and no one has complained! It has given good service. Only reason for sale is that as you can see it fits quite snugly into my spare room making it awkward to manoeuvre and I want to get something smaller.
The frame is solid pine and so is HEAVY. It was self assembly, but I no longer have the instructions., but it will need at least partly dismantling for removal and transport. Please be aware that AT LEAST 2 STRONG people will be needed to move this out of my house. Do not come alone as I will not be able to lift it.
Dimensions (+/- a few cm as I was measuring alone!)
As sofa 148cm wide, 96cm deep, 73cm high
As bed 148cm wide, 190cm long
Mattress 188cm x 136cm Has removable cover, though I have never removed it.
Where the end of the bed slots into the frame when it is in the sofa position, the holes that slot over the retaining pins have some chipping around the edges (I have tried to show this in the pictures) This does not affect their function. Other than this I would have said that the futon is in excellent condition.
Non-smoking home, but there are pets
