We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years, we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to provide several hundred more high-quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible to the Director of Customers & Communities, and working collaboratively with the Head of Community Services and other Adra colleagues for the effective leadership and development of all Customer Services provided by Adra.

Lead and develop high-performing strategic and operational services Make sure that we achieve the Corporate Plan ambitions and targetsAs a member of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to policy and strategy development, service planning, and corporate decision making, ensuring all Adra services function effectively for our customers.
