Description
Sharp 43GK4846K brand new TV only opened the box to see the content was complete and to test the TV before the 14 days return window of the overall product closed.
This TV is powered by Tivo technology (one that Virgin Media set top TV boxes uses) and one of the best feature this TV has is that it doesn’t need an aerial cable to telecast the freeview channels. As long as you can connect it to internet via Wifi or ethernet cable, there is new service called 'Freely' using which you can watch 160+ freeview channels including on-demand stuff and the other items from catchup section (very similar to how you would do on Tivo or Sky box). This means you can put the TV wherever you want without worrying about aerial connection in that room. Freely is very new service in UK which is helping to remove the need of TV antennas.
We bought this as part of a TV bed that we recently ordered but we already have a Sony TV, so don’t want to unnecessary keep this extra TV.
As this TV is specific to Bensons for Bed, there are no other main retailers selling the same model. The closest I could find is a lower model selling for £299.
This TV was marked by the retailer for £599 but realistically this will be around 375-425 and I am willing to sell this for £250 only.
