summerhouse 12ft wide by 8 foot deep ,not regular as comes with blinds,double floored and insulated roof and walls,used as a gym but moving so has to be sold,buyer will have to dismantle but could do parts to help,will need to be moved on open backed van or lorry as front and back sections complete .this is warm in winter ,double opening doors which have been blacked out for privacy.to be honest theres adleast a thousand pound just gone in it to seal everything and insulate it,even got skirting board which is screwed in so can be used again after dismantle.has 3 lots of shelving for stereo etc.will put pics of inside late but lovely building.
