This is a metal clad portacabin used a store for the last ten years. It is in reasonable condition for its age and would make a brilliant project for someone wanting to make garden room or continue to use it for storage. It will need to be collected with a Lorry and Hiab and it is situated in a position that allows easy access for the lorry. The lorry driver should provide adequate insurance before lifting this as it is within a couple of feet of our neighbours brick wall. Size is 7.5m x 2.5m
