I would highly recommend Mo to anyone! I’m seeing him twice a week. He’s not only technically adept, he’s a great teacher, great communicator and just an all around lovely person. His knowledge also extends beyond kick-boxing to personal training, acup in fire, self defense and injury management (he’s helped me tremendously in training around and rehabilitation of a shoulder injury). And he is lovely with kids too.
