We're looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our Ticket Office team, helping to create a warm welcome for all our guests.

As a Ticket Office Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth start to their day at Castle Howard. From selling tickets and memberships to answering queries and giving information, you'll play a key role in delivering a memorable visitor experience.

Key responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service.

Process ticket and membership sales accurately and efficiently.

Provide information about Castle Howard

Assist with queue management and ensure smooth visitor flow.

About you:

Friendly, approachable and confident in engaging with the public.

Strong communication skills and a helpful, proactive attitude.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
