Planning administrator - Permanent - Office based - Widnes - Immediate start Your new company

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? I am seeking a Planning Administrator to join a dynamic team in Widnes, supporting the delivery of high-quality Electrical, Building, Maintenance & Groundworks services across the region.

I am representing a client who has a trusted name in the industry, known for their commitment to excellence and reliability. Their projects range from electrical installations to complex groundworks, and they pride themselves on delivering top-tier service to every client.

Your new role

The position is being offered full-time, Monday to Friday and fully office-based.

Salary on offer is between GBP26,000 to GBP28,000 per annum depending on experience.

As the Planning Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating schedules for field teams and subcontractorsManaging job bookings and updating project timelinesPreparing and scanning of original documents

Filing of documents

Manage daily task list

Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure deadlines are metBooking of appointments for operatives

Managing operatives' diariesMaintaining accurate records and documentationSupporting the wider team with administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent attention to detail

Good telephone manner

Previous experience in a planning, scheduling or administrative roleExcellent organisational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive attitude and keen attention to detailHighly organised
