The purpose of the role:

To assist with all aspects of the recruitment process and support the HR function with the day to day priorities. Working closely alongside the Head of Recruitment, representing Rotherwood to individuals during the recruitment/interview/onboarding process and during their ongoing employment - the full employee lifecycle. Creating and maintaining relationships with Home Manager's and ensure all necessary documentation and recruitment/HR procedures meet the Rotherwood way and regulatory/employment law requirements.

You will also be accountable for the following:

Pre-screening candidates

Onboarding/Compliance checks

Arrange Staff Start Dates

HR Support

Staff Inductions

About You:

You will have previous experience in administratin and understand onboarding, compliance, pre-screening and the recruitmet journey for a new starter. Experience of working in health & Social Care would be an advantage but not essential as we will provide the knowledge required if you have the skills and experience and share our core values.

Pay: Up to GBP26,000.00 per year
