Your new role
As Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of internal operations and event logistics. Key responsibilities include:Managing employee attendance at international and domestic events, including scheduling, travel, and accommodationLiaising with external providers and conducting post-event briefings to improve outcomesSupporting HR processes such as off-boarding, performance reviews, and HR software maintenanceLeading a junior team member to maintain a high-performing workplaceCollaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain and enforce efficient workflowsProviding proactive support to employees and senior leadersManaging the company calendar and driving initiatives that enhance overall effectivenessAssisting with the organisation and execution of internal events
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate:Approximately 3-4 years of experience in an office operations role Career progression or promotion present on your CV is idealStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of the businessA proactive and autonomous approach to work, with a drive to meet deadlinesMotivation to contribute to a positive and efficient workplace
