Village Care provides care and support for anyone over 18yrs old who requires assistance. From general housekeeping and companionship to managing personal care and all aspects of daily living, Village Care takes pride in offering a fully managed, personalised service with quality and people at the heart of everything we do. We are proud of our strong principles and the way we run our service and central to this is our belief that the rights, needs and preferences of our Clients are our priority.

We provide and deliver excellent care and related support services, with dignity, confidentiality, inclusion without bias or discrimination, within the communities and individuals we serve. Enabling Clients to achieve the best quality of life is our focus and we do everything we can to ensure we listen and understand the needs and wishes of each individual we care for.

We provide a responsive, flexible, personalised and local approach to caring; providing as much or as little help as needed. We provide care on a short term, respite and an ongoing basis for anyone requiring additional support, companionship and care, wishing to maintain their independence as far as possible remaining in their own home, in their own surroundings and routine for as long as possible.

Our purpose is to provide quality, reliable care and support to improve our Client’s quality of life and sometimes that of their family or loved ones too. Our services can cover the wide spectrum of care and support needs, from general companionship and assistance with housekeeping/shopping to more specific tasks to assist with personal care and medication – we can be there from when help is required, sometimes during recovery following an illness or operation, to provide reassurance during times when family are away through to assistance whilst managing chronic conditions and sometimes through to end of life support.

We aim to deliver a standard of excellence within the Home Care sector. We do this by providing care and related support services to enhance the quality life for those living in our communities. Clients receiving our support will be treated as individuals and will receive a bespoke care package, tailored to their needs, preferences and routine, involving the Client, their family and where appropriate any other healthcare professionals involved, to ensure the Client’s needs are being met and all outcome goals are set, monitored and reviewed regularly.
