Leon FR 20VT 2005 - mapped to 225BHP - extremely low mileage and FSH

Family owned since new with FSH. For the past 15 years she's been lovingly serviced and kept in great nick by an outstanding (in every sense) mechanic friend who owns a small independent garage. She's been our joint passion project and has been incredibly well looked after.
Mapped to 225BHP but never thrashed - she's a Cupra without the badge (or the 4.5k pricetag for a Cupra in this condition).
Chrome Cobra exhaust and Good Year all weather tyres. Like I said - lovingly looked after but she's 20 years old so that comes with a few scratches, scuffs, and idiosyncrasies (eg the wipers automatically turn on when you start the car, so flick on the back wiper to turn them off).
New rear suspension springs fitted last week as I want her to be up to scratch for her new owner - anytime anything was needed no corners were cut.
Loathed to sell but after owning this car for 18 years it's time to move on. My brother had it from new and I bought it off him after he'd had it for 2 years - I loved it from the first time I was in it.
No tyre kickers or window shoppers - priced to sell and I don't want a drawn out process - too painful.
MOT til 30th Jan 2026 - check the history - anytime there was even an advisory it was immediately fixed.
