Very impressed by the communication, calls, texts with Dean. I had connected with him six months prior to needing the scaffold around my home, and he politely kept in touch on a monthly basis to see when we needed him. When we were ready, Dean sent through a quote, invoice, agreed a date and the scaffold was designed to specification. It was all up quickly and efficiently, and looked so safe that I bravely went up there myself to check out the view! Dean texted me during the job, to see how it was going, we needed a modification to help us get the second part of our work finished, and that was no trouble, and again, organised and done without fuss. From someone who doesn't know anything about scaffolding or who to turn to for this kind of thing, I would absolutely recommend Dean / SIS.
