Conn Pan American Alto Sax '52 fully overhauled

This nice and collectable sax from 1952 is recently completely serviced.

it sound on its entire register from low to high.

Pan American is an ideal horn for pro players looking for a second instrument with a lot of projection and power like a pro one or an upgrade when leaving a student instrument without affecting your budget.

It comes in a hard case.

Pan American saxophones have a big, sassy sound.

They are considered collectors items and are often called the "poor man's 10M" but sharing the same body.

The use of the Pan American trademark for Conn's second-line instruments continued until 1955.

Tonewise the Pan American sounds exactly like it should do, with that classic vintage US rumble combined with an easy expressiveness.

However, it's also a surprisingly lyrical horn - capable of rather more subtlety than you might think.

Get it right and this horn will croon as well as a tenor.
