A private household in Blackburn is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one–to–one care within their home. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values continuity of care and enjoys building strong, trusting relationships in a stable and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high–quality, personalised nursing care in a home environment

Administer medications safely and monitor for side effects

Conduct ongoing assessments and update care plans as needed

Liaise with external healthcare professionals when required

Maintain clear and accurate records of care

Communicate regularly and effectively with the individual and their family

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse

(active registration required) Experience in community, homecare, or one–to–one nursing (preferred)

Must be able to drive due to the location of the household

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, professional, and reliable

Able to work independently and respond confidently to changing needs
