General Manager – Wolverhampton

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: 50,000 Basic + OTE up to 100,000

Company car included, Pension scheme

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days including weekends

Step up and take charge as General Manager at one of the UK's leading car supermarkets!

We're after a driven, hands–on General Manager to own our Wolverhampton branch. You'll be the engine behind sales, operations, and killer customer service in a busy, high–volume environment.

Lead a powerhouse team, boost profits, and deliver a smooth, standout experience for every customer. Your goal? Take this branch to the next level and smash every target.

Your responsibilities will include:

Own the branch's success – sales, profit, and customer happiness all on your watchInspire and lead your sales and ops teams to hit and beat targetsDrive revenue growth and push profit marginsCraft smart local strategies that boost performanceKeep stock looking sharp and manage inventory like a proUse KPIs to steer smart decisions and improve resultsRaise the bar on customer service and aftersales supportBuild a winning, accountable team culture full of energy

Must haves:

5+ years' senior management experience in automotive salesTrack record of success in busy dealerships or car supermarketsStrong leadership skills with a commercial edgeTop–notch communication and people management skillsAnalytical thinker with a strategic mindsetExperience juggling front–line sales and back–office opsCustomer–obsessed, always aiming for 5–star serviceComfortable with CRM and performance tools
