Pro–Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Loader for our client based in Grimethorpe, Barnsley

Loader Benefits:

Shifts: 3 shift roation – DAYS – 6am/2pm, AFTERS – 2pm/10pm & NIGHTS – 10pm/6am – you have to work and rotate on each shiftTotal: 39 hours per week, paid weeklyStart date: Monday 22nd September 2025 – no holidays approved in the first 12 weeks as this is the crucial training periodPay Rates: Days & Afters 15.75 & Nights 16.76 – rates of pay include an attendance bonusContract: Temporary to PermanentLocation: Grimethorpe, BarnsleyLoader Duties:

Loading cabinetsManual handling heavy itemsEnsuring best use and maximisation of spaceQuality checking of materials and finished productsChecking items are packed and taped correctlyFollowing instructions and working to a structured work planGeneral HousekeepingWorking on your own and as part of a teamLoader Criteria:

Previous loading experience is essential to be considered for this roleHard working, reliable and punctualGood hand–eye coordination and balanceExperience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructionsAwareness of workplace health and safetyPhysically fit and able to move heavy items in and around the areaGood work ethic and prepared to learn new skills Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties
