Our team delivers excellent new customer sales, customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base.

As a Sales Leader you will:

Build and develop relationships with customers Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer–first culture Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers. You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance Proactive, with a let s get it done attitude.

Qualifications and requirements as a Sales Leader:

Familiar with lead management and data performance Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices Ability to manage agent performance and growth Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment Energetic, passionate, and results–driven team player Experience in a fast–paced environment with proven management abilities Excellent organisational and communication skills
