The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training to help you succeed from day one. You’ll learn how to:

Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

Build strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs

Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to job offer and aftercare
