Key Responsibilities:

Match educators and support staff with schools across London

Conduct candidate searches, interviews, and placements

Build and manage relationships with schools and teaching professionals

Craft engaging candidate profiles and CVs

Work towards clear goals and earn commission for every successful placement

Establish yourself as a go-to recruitment expert in the education sector

We're Looking For People Who:

Have experience in teaching, sales, customer service, or fast-paced roles

Are confident, resilient, and focused on building a long-term career

Communicate well and are highly organised

Care about making a difference in education

Hold a degree (preferred but not essential-full training provided)
